The data released by the MTA last week estimates the tolls caused 2.5 million fewer vehicle entries into Manhattan below 60th Street in March.

I hope they keep it up.

I also hope the Manhattan wide parking permit gets issued, so it keeps upper Manhattan from becoming a parking lot.

  It is wild to me that street parking is often free and unrestricted in a place like Manhattan.
