Being entirely clear. It’s the actual letters. Some right wing guys tried saying that he wasn’t trying to pass the letters off as real and the left was just freaking out over labels. Then this.
So wait, it really was the labels that hes trying to pass off as real? I thought the whole thing was trying to pass off his actual finger tattoos as symbolism for MS13, even though actual MS13 just uses the actual numbers and letters.
The interview makes it completely clear, Trump doesn’t want to move on from the topic until the interviewer agrees that the literal characters M,S,1,3 are tattooed on the knuckles. Not tattoos that could be interpreted to mean MS13, literally “MS13”.
Either Trump really is that stupid that he believes its real, or the Whitehouse is doctoring photographs and telling everyone they’re real like the USSR did, albeit less competently.
