minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink2•2 years agoExactly. Imitation crabs and fish cakes are equivalent of ground meat for fish and presumably easier to simulate. Their market is not as big as salmon, but trying salmon first is like trying to imitate steak meat before making patty decen.
