Nah… anywhere it regularly snows is not fit for human habitation

What an odd take. Humans are adapted to snow, and the cold kills mosquitoes. Humans should only live where it snows.

We are not adapted to snow. If you cannot stand in a climate completely naked and not die from lack of temperature regulation, you are not adapted to it.

Of course we are. We adapted by making and wearing clothing. We build shelters, fires, and furnaces.

They don’t just take anyone. You have to qualify. And 90% of Americans DONT. So, have a backup plan.

Is it sell, or let them hold?

I ask as some places will let a person buy a $500K house and be allowed in. (One can sell the house when they leave.)

I think you need 2m in the bank and loan them 1m for two years.
