Yes, Jellyfin. At least that’s what I use. I would be interested in hearing what other people use. Jellyfin is far from perfect with manga.

I believe the documentation has a section for it. It can be a bit slow to open a large volume but once it’s open it works well. I just wish that they would open faster and that Jellyfin would get some QOL features around books/comics/manga.
Yes you can but the experience is not that good.
If you use android there is a specific app someone made for reading books from Jellyfin https://github.com/JellyBookOrg/JellyBook
Not saying that one’s great, but it is something and maybe you haven’t tested it yet.
