For example, workers with a bachelor’s degree had median weekly earnings of $1,305 in 2020, compared with $781 for workers with a high school diploma. It seems like overall college degrees are still a worthwhile financial investment on average.

Realistically the situation keeps getting much worse, not better. Not just for students but also for faculty, et al.
