They are. Romania has a narrower definition of the flag colors though.
These are nearly identical on my display!
At a glance, when small, or on a bad monitor, they can also be confused with Belgium, which has black yellow red.
For me chad seems like a bit deeper red(on the emoji at least)
Maybe they can pull a Canada and actually come up with a flag design that works so well for them that almost rewrites history.
