It’s a method of normalization.
You keep pushing the message … false, lie, exaggeration, rumor, suggestion, whatever
Keep repeating and pushing the idea of immigrant terrorists and everyone will talk about it.
Until at one point everyone will believe it.
“Repeat a lie often enough and it becomes the truth”, is a law of propaganda attributed to the Nazi Propaganda Minister Joseph Goebbels.
This is so true and so depressing
