Most of us are Reddit refugees, so we’re bringing all that baggage with us, whether we want to or not. The main draw of Lemmy for me is the feeling that I’m less exposed to the corporate BS.

Lemmy is closer to what Reddit was 15 years ago, before the masses piled in and made Reddit literally average.
