The Republicans have kind of been purging themselves of Anti-Trump these last few elections, and the DNC are already the party who would remove Trump in a heartbeat.
I think we’re holding the parties to different standards, here. If people had voted Democrats back in then we wouldn’t need to rely on a King to remove him.
Also, the SCOTUS actually gave themselves tge power to decide what is or is not an official act of the presidency.
