Do you cave and use both hands? Do you take the chance and try to use them one-handed when more actively using them? Or do you ultimately submit and get an accessory to kinda help, at least with keeping a hold of them?

a few other answers:

just use both hands, get an accessory, and/or balance on pinky and develop the toughest pinky imaginable

bonus:

find some smol phone you like and savor it for as long as it works

It probably depends on how big your hands are, but I just hold it. It there’s something I can’t reach with one hand, I activate single-handed mode (swiping down on the gesture pill thing will do that on my phone).

My phone rests on my pinky, it’s not all that heavy. I’ve grown a smartphone divet in the side of my pinky and I’ve seen similar divets on other people’s hands.

I wish more apps would be designed for how big phones are these days. Every time I’m force to leave Firefox I ask myself how I could ever gave used a browser with the address bar at the top of the screen.

I type with two hands. If an interaction is as complicated as entering text, it’s worth stopping and using two hands for. Very rarely I use SwiftKey’s little side keyboard feature (like when I’m cooking and too lazy to wipe the ingredient gunk off my hand).
