That’s why my company makes sure we are on conformance calls at least 6 hours per day. Actually being able to complete something would be glorious. Being able to design my day in a way that works for me sounds like some kind of fever dream.

You know, for awhile tech companies were encouraging this on site. Google had nap pods in the office.
They saw the benefits for a short time. But now that commerical real estate values are tanking…

And Google’s shtick was basically “you never need to go home”. Laundry? Pets? Nap? Food? Do it all here at work!
