      In the EU in 2021, 70 % of the population lived in a household owning their home, while the remaining 30 % lived in rented housing.

        I am afraid you understood it wrong.
        This map is about the percentage of people who own the property they are living in and the opposite is who is not the owner but the tenant of their home.
