minus-squarePons_Aeliuslinkfedilink2•2 years agoI don’t doubt it. I remember reading experiments where being awake for 24 hours impacts the ability to drive more than a blood alcohol level of 0.05 and by 36 hours it is 0.15.
I’m pretty sure chronic lack of sleep has started impacting my memory and ability to perform consistently on some cognitive tasks
