They (Israel) literally asked civilians to evacuate, BEFORE launching an offensive, which has not yet started (because they want exactly to avoid as much civilian casualties as possible).

They are not bombing routes because if they wanted to kill civilians they would do it without asking them to evacuate. Super super easy to bomb a civilian area where a million people live. Really nice to first evacuate the home of millions into a tiny space in very little time. Really kind of them.
