Is this a literal cranking of a hog as in a motorcycle while high on angle dust at 4am or are we eluding to the other kind of hog cranking that I do 4am every morning with or without said angel dust?

I think we need a human dimension to sentencing because I believe that leads, overall, to more humane and constructive corrective value.
