Why do you live like that?
There’s nothing wrong with keeping busy
It could lead to a burn out.
Organization is the opposite of burn out for me. I get burned out when my day is chaotic and lacks structure. I’ve been in my field a long time and know how to work best for my needs.
If you plan more than what your physical or mental health allows, it may still end up like that.
