minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink5•2 years ago Does ’sudo gedit’ not work? If my memory doesn’t fail me it used to. But gedit isnt the default text editor anymore. The new one is quite cool and clean. It doesnt work with sudo though sadly. It’s not the biggest problem tho, just a small annoyance, using the occasional sudo nano to edit files isnt a big deal.
