    I’m sorry, me fail English. What’s the implied joke here?

          It’s a common phrase in English. “You can talk the talk, but can you walk the walk?”

          It means that you may be espousing (quoting) ideology, but can you actually manage to enact the actions that would be needed to ensure that ideology is enacted in real life?

          Edit: even more boiled down, “You’re saying the things our philosophy agrees with, can you act in the same ways?”

      The usual continuation is “walking the walk.” The image shows Christopher Walken’s face on a wok, so “Walken the wok.”
