minus-squaresquibletlinkfedilink3•1 year agoIt’s like fried chickpea patties or nuggets. Sort of like if you made fried hummus bread. Super good with tzatsiki (yogurt/cucumber) or tahini (sesame) sauce. Sometimes it’s served in a pita with lettuce, tomatoes and sprouts.
