    Sugar is a flavor enhancer just like salt is. If you don’t wanna make your food more salty, but you still want to deepen the flavour - Use sugar! Also remember to use acids as well, lime, lemon, vinegar it’s all good!

    A few grains of salt will remove bitterness from coffee.

    Use broth! Specifically very condensed broth, I dunno the english word for it.

    Try the “original” bolognese recipe that doesn’t use tomatoes cw: meat

    Bake your own bread. It’s pretty easy to do! Saves money and gives better bread. Get into making open-faced sandwiches.

    Sharpen your knives!

    Sauce/soup/dish too salty? Put in a large potato. It sucks up salt.

    In the end you’re cooking for you. If you like something in a dish, then it’s good. Don’t worry about what others say about how you make a dish or what you put in it or whatever. If you like it, then it’s good.
