Neither party really matters and it’s all theater. Everything is run by the rich and by the police when rubber meets the road. As we saw in 2020, passing legislation against the police does nothing and they ignore it. Laws mean nothing when they are not enforced or followed. The police cartel have a chokehold on USA, there’s no democracy whatsoever it’s a farce

Some cities, such as Portland and Minneapolis, passed laws restricting the police in a multitude of ways. Made tear gas and non-lethal bullets illegal, made noise cannons and sonic weapons illegal, made it illegal to hit people with cop cars, made it illegal to abduct people in unmarked vans, etc.
None of these were followed in any way. The cops kept using these tactics and were never punished in any way. The legislation did nothing to change their behavior. That’s because the laws are a joke. Cops run the show, they are an organized cartel hundreds of thousands strong and they de facto run the country on the ground level.
