You can still gate these professions like we do today by selecting the bests based on grades (and remove that bullshit nepotism in the US universities). No, but you make sure that the people that could become a genius in their field have access to the right education regardless of their economic status. It would solve a lot of poverty, because right now, it’s a vicious circle.
