I guess it’s a matter of perspective, what I doubt is that anyone is hearing both of those messages simultaneously and then calling them the same.
What I do hear from people is legit callouts of stupidity on either side which doesn’t always equate the two but suggests that cooler heads prevail. What I’d like is more rigorous standards for being able to keep a public office position. We need actual leaders across the board to stop all this tribalism shit
