For me, bottom surgery is coveted (yay). I think my insurance covers ffs too (very yay).
I think I’d go for FFS first if both are the same cost, if it was me. I do get bottom dysphoria but looking more femme to other people would, hopefully, help with misgendering.
If your bottom dysphoria is more intense, I’d do that first though.

Yeah thats what I’m weighing too. I think my facial dysphoria is worse so I’m probably going to pivot to that
