minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink11•1 year agoRenters insurance isn’t that expensive and worth having. If you rent and the place burns down, none of your stuff is covered by the landlord’s insurance. Pretty sure you also can get personal liability coverage in case you get sued.
minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink1•edit-21 year agoI never bothered with renter’s insurance. I never had very valuable stuff, and certainly nothing I couldn’t afford to replace. That was probably stupid, but I own now so I guess I got away with it.
Renters insurance isn’t that expensive and worth having. If you rent and the place burns down, none of your stuff is covered by the landlord’s insurance. Pretty sure you also can get personal liability coverage in case you get sued.
