The whole “until they receive sufficient treatment” is the missing piece in the puzzle, because that doesn’t happen. That’s the part I’d like to see get fixed instead of spending money on torturing them.

And if you read mine you’d see me saying that doesn’t happen so it’s a worthless argument.
Neither does locking them up. I did not propose one or the other. It was a package deal.
