More than just streaming, playing games locally "is really important" to Spencer.

Not an official announcement, but it’s probably safe to assume an Xbox handheld is in development.

No piracy, there are other communities for that.
Discussion of emulators are allowed, but no discussion on how to illegally acquire ROMs.
