        Thanks for asking, man.
        I’m doing a lot better. I’m still moving around like someone twice my age–and I’m not allowed to eat solid foods or lift anything over ten pounds for another two weeks– but overall I’m feeling better than I have in over a year.

        I don’t want to get too dramatic or descriptive so I’ll just say the surgery didn’t go as planned. Most people who have appendectomies are discharged either that night or the next day. I was there for eight days, so…yeah lol. It was rough 😬

      It’s cause we see it so infrequently. I think I can legit count on 1 hand the number of times (my burnout brain lol) remembers seeing him sans facepaint so it always stands out so much.
