It’s a fascinating example of the psychology of (face) perception. I scanned the entire image several times with no success, but literally the second I decided to turn my phone around, Kanye jumped out at me.

If you shake the picture, you might get an effect of some beans levitating.
If you divide the image into 4 squares the alt-right bigot is in the lower right square
That was surprisingly easy to find. Less than 5 seconds, and I’m easily stumped by these kinds of things. One of the beans looks like it has a toothy smile just up and to the left of him and I zeroed in on that first.

On Sync it’s so inconsistent. I’ve definitely seen spoiler tags work. But I also frequently see them broken, while other comments are saying they work.
Maybe it only works if the post is on my instance?
