    I miss Germany. The spargel cream soup was amazing. Highly recommend anyone who likes asparagus to try the white version. Yes, your pee will still smell funny.

        veal is a baby cow raised in a crate so it can’t move. So its like your taking away any bit of life it might live. Feels the same having a plant raised in darkness.

    Cardoon stems are done in a similar way. We got some from a community-supported agriculture group a few years ago, and they were delicious!
