I like both but if I have to choose then waffles because of the texture.
Waffles. Always waffles.
Depends on the style of both. Diner-style waffles are better than their pancake equivalents, but both are beaten by crepes, and Norwegian waffles are best!

This is a surprisingly hard choice, but I’m gonna have to go with waffles, because the little squares hold the syrup so much better, plus chicken & waffles is amazing.
Waffles, for that cronch™️. Also they have more character.
