The limit is 2T instead of 1.6T, it’s not a total exemption. Also what with flawed = useless, can people ever stop complaining when things go the right way ? Sure it’s not enough, but it’s already influencing several other major cities
Is this true, though? I heard an interview on the radio today woth a guy complaining that there were no exceptions for electric cars.
