Despite also being a Swede, for my personal reasons I’m altering at least the two first ones - a house is way too much of a maintenance hassle, at the most I could maybe consider a rowhouse, but otherwise I’m sticking to apartments.

Cars are a losing prospect as well in my book so I’ve changed that part to a bicycle (and good transit access).

I may yet consider getting a dog, though. We’ll see.

I know it’s the other side of the planet, but Australia has a Great Race our Supercars compete in every year in October. It’s the Bathurst 1000 which is about 2 hours west of Sydney.

It’s one of the tracks the Supercars race a which is a public road most of the year so you can drive a lap in a stock car (with 60kph limit).

I want a 270° desk that I can fill with tech and several electrical outlets so I don’t have to unplug things.

Cringe be damned, but I want to make a “proper” furry fursona. Maybe get some art, a vrchat model thing and maybe even a fursuit.

In my experience, the only way this is actually possible is to do away with one or the other.

Definitely an unspoken bucket list thing for me. Having sex with 2 women at the same time would be a huge confidence boost I think.

You can (probably) do that right now. You just have to give up on the idea of advancing any aspect of your life to do it. Related quote from the movie Fight Club: “it’s only after you’ve lost everything, that you’re free to do anything.” I think about that line a lot, because it has both positive and negative implications.

Ya. Well that’s why I added the ‘probably’. Unfortunately sometimes maintaining a zero sum can be all the work of improvement without any of the benefit. Feels like furiously firing rocket engines just a hover in place. I’ve been there; still am in some regards. Best of luck to you.

Someday I want to actually learn to play all the instruments I have. I can do a little on most of them, but not at any kind of decent level.

I’m a drummer primarily, drums are the one I can kinda play. I also have a guitar I suck at, a bass I suck worse at, a violin I probably don’t remember how to play at all at this point, and a flute and a keyboard I’m just atrocious with.

I kinda wish I had a harp and a trumpet too, but I know there’s no chance I’d actually find the time and energy learn them.

I think it is more important that you cared for them enough to try. Most people don’t even give it a shot. In an ideal world we would have enough time to learn to play, at least for self satisfaction.

Among the few instruments I have, I feel most proud about assembling what is called Jaltarang. I’ve been able to get a full octave plus half on each side which enables me to play few tunes. I suck hard at it too but just the act of setting it up and getting it in tune is satisfying on its own.

If you are curious about how it sounds when played by someone good at it, watch this.

I want to be able to live in a small place with a backyard facing woods, hills, or water. I want to be able to pay my bills with enough left over for some savings, some fun stuff, and maybe a short vacation once every year or two. I want to go hiking on the weekend and I want to sit on my back porch at night and drink tea while wrapped in a blanket and I want a gaming room with a big window so I can play games late at night looking up at the sky. Why are my dreams so unattainable?

I want to be known for the things I create. Comedy, acting, and books, mainly. I want to be able to share all the love I have with people that won’t abuse me or my trust. I want to visit all the wildest and most different parts of the world. I want to find success enough that I can give back to the community in a big way. I guess since these are dreams I might as well say in which way I want to give back to the community. I want to found Star Fleet Academy. I want a school whose purpose is to train and develop the future of humanity as it grasps for the stars.
