Image: meme of three panels with the same guy looking pretty bored, pensive, and slow in various locations by himself. The captions reads, “My ADHD brain waiting for the Ritalin to kick in every AM.”

I just take my meds then stare at my phone for an hour. Lol.

Not sure if Ritalin has similar effects in this sense as Adderall, but I used to run into a problem where I’d wake up, take my meds, get ready and head out the door, then suddenly the most urgent need to #2. I was attending community college at the time, and parking was beyond terrible there, so I’d arrive at like 6:30a, only to find most of the restrooms still locked! Fun times.

Apparently, there’s a good stock of methylphenidate cr right now in my area. Might want to see if your psych can call the pharmacy and check.

Too bad the DEA won’t stop fucking with us. At some point it has to be considered discrimination of a protected class.

Replace “ritalin” with Adderall and this meme is perfect for me.

That sucks! I use a Walgreens for my pharmacy. Tho they wont tell me what they have in stock, they are cool with my psychiatrist calling them to see what they have available. Lately, there’s been a good stock of methylphenidate CR (extended release Ritalin) in my area. Hope that helps!

That’s why I do the short-acting dose on my first alarm and just go back to bed for like 15-30m
