Great to hear, after I finish Better Call Saul, I’ll move over to what’s available for Twisted Metal, though my expectations are new zero.

Letterkenny and The Good Place, with a side of The Witcher and Shoresy

Edit: Archer and B99 are always strong choices, too.

The OA looked interesting, but I haven’t looked into it beyond the autoplayed trailer. Do you have a 1 sentence description/comparison?

I thought it was pretty awful. It’s incredibly pretentious and just generally really stupid. End of season one was honestly pretty embarrassing, and the fact that anyone liked it is honestly baffling

Metaphysical cerebral drama. The only unfortunate thing I will say about the show is it fell victim to the Netflix ban train. It was meant to have 5 seasons and only got 2. The creators have been very vocal and consistent with saying they want to bring the end to us no matter what though.

That’s too bad. Are the first two seasons worth watching on their own or should I see if it finds a new home before starting it?

Personally, I love the show for the symbolism in it. I’ve gone back and rewatched it maybe 6 or 7 times. I just wish it had more. That said, I’d say it’s worth a watch.

So true! I was really sceptical at first, not being a huge fan of either western movies and Kung Fu ones, but this TV show is definitely something else! Starting season 3 now 😁

Right now? Silo. Every damn episode of that first season was perfect. In a few months it will probably be Star Trek Lower Decks again.

Silo is fantastic. If you need another great show on Apple TV, watch Severance. It’s the best show I’ve seen in years.

I wish I could wipe my memory of Severance and watch it again for the first time again.

        Such an incredible show.

I liked it a bunch, but I’ve told anyone that I don’t recommend it until the next season comes out. That cliffhanger ending was too nasty.

Man, it’s hard to pick. Probably 14, but then a bunch of them would be a close second for me.

        What about you?

For me, season 11 had so many hilarious moments - especially Mike Wozniak. That guy cracks me up every time he speaks - and his mannerisms remind me of my grandad, which only increases the hilarity!

That one is right up there for me, too. Wozniak is pretty much the biggest reason I’ll try to catch the kids’ Taskmaster. I do like Rose a lot, but I don’t think her presence alone would counterbalance “show featuring a bunch of kids” enough.

Warrior is pretty good. It’s a Bruce Lee screenplay. The choreography is great, and hits on a lot of americam social political and economic themes.

Better call Saul is the only thing I’ve been watching for the last couple of weeks, first time watching it.

Hah me too! I watched Breaking Bad years ago and loved it, but never tried Better Call Saul! I suspect I’m nearing the end of the series though. It’s been excellent!

I’m really envious. Watching Better Call Saul for the first time again would be magic.

I’m probably on my fifth rerun or something… It’s an incredible show. I would rate these two shows as best of television ever.
