Ka’s newest album has been released and it rules so much. It’s everything good about hip-hop storytelling and is a fantastic unglamourous examination of struggle.

My favourite album of this year so far (and by a mile) is Imaginal Disk by Magdalena Bay, but I also want to mention MINISERIES 2 by SUMIN and Slom because I think it’s super underrated!! It’s R&B, Soul, and K-Pop. There’s also Prece by Luiza Brina which is a pretty good folk album

My favourite song of the year is probably Cry for Me by Magdalena Bay, one of the best pop songs this year imo
