Imagine the Garand Thumb you’d get from that monster…
Make it like the p90 with a top mounted magazine, and then you can have ~8-10 grenades on a 12" barrel.
Plus, once you run out of ammo it makes a suitable(but slightly unwieldy) club.
12” barrels make me feel inadequate.
4” barrels should be the maximum.
A 3” barrel, labeled as 5”
Not a real thing that I know of but what about a rigid"belt" that’s 4 to 5 rounds long for when you’re on the move, then you could switch out for a normal belt feed option when you are stationary
What do you have against the Mk 19?

Second one has some killer gritty cyberpunk vibes though. It depends on what you prefer.
