This seems like an odd question I know but I have been thinking there are probably so many theoretical hobbies that nobody has actually done before.
From the science fiction novel “The Syndic.”
Polo, except with jeeps firing .50 caliber machine guns. You have a metal ball about the size of a truck tire and a field about 2 miles long.
That sounds… terrifying. I’m not sure I could even spectate.
More like really niche “sub-hobby” of homebrewing.
Growing/propagating your own yeasts. I did it about year ago and didn’t have a time to get in to it again.
Deep water version of your every day metal detecting. I know some companies already do salvage reclamation/research, but I’m talking about going hunting for smaller trinkets and seemingly “worthless” items in the eyes of corporations and research centers.
Only thing stopping me is I really don’t want to be Oceangate 2 lol.
