Looking at this artwork, are we maybe getting an adaptation of the war in the dragon world from the manga?

I was excited but then saw it’s a movie and the excitement instantly evaporated. I wish I could be happy about seeing a series I like getting a movie but with the wait times before I get to watch it, it’s a miracle if I even remember about it by the time it’s available.

This and City announced today. Literally put me in a good mood all day so far.
