Is this normal kitten behavior? He hasn’t quite grasped the concept of scenting yet.
My cat will rub down the length of my inner arm and then nuzzle into my armpit hard.

Pushing his head into your hand is usually saying “Pet me slave and you may live another day”.
Totally normal. One of mine half tries to eat your hand, when she does that. It’s weirdly adorable. Drool and all.
Usually when ours do the snout push it’s to get you to pet them.
