A local cop got kicked off the target range at a local gun club because the range instructor area saw him flagging multiple people and told him to knock it off. Cop blows up on him “How dare you tell me what to do you’re not my real dad!” style before eventually getting sent home.

Unless that’s a .22lr rifle that is danger close to be shooting 5.56 at steels. Like sure if it’s 9mm or whatever, I have done my share of lead-plating steels at that range, but 5.56 is moving fast as hell at that distance and a fragment will absolutely punch through skin.

The funniest thing about this to me is the complete lack of self-awareness. Like, obviously, this is a photo op meant to demonstrate his gun bona fides, which we now know he utterly lacks.
