Hey all,
I am looking for some good app to see if I’m getting all the nutrients that I need (protein, vitamins, iron, etc). So do you have some recommendations??

Cronometer is the default rec. it has most things, and seems to be pretty useful.
Fitatu is my favorite, I tried a bunch before and that’s the one that stuck.
Thanks I’ll take a look at it. So far I prefer Cronometer but fitatu isn’t bad either.
