I think Alice Weidel is among the most intelligent politicians in Germany, she’s simply a neoliberal ghoul who guises that with Nazism. To her, the anti-immigration, anti-LGBTQ+, misogynistic politics are simply a means of making more austerity, more severe restrictive labour laws, and more free market policies palatable to the German populace. For anyone that agrees with Musk here, I recommend reading Blackshirts and Reds. Socialism and Communism are fundamentally polar opposites to fascism in who they served and how they functioned. Communism has always been about uplifting the Proletariat, while Fascism served the interests of the bourgeoisie and sought to turn Imperialism towards the rest of Western Europe, not just the Global South.
