To be fair when I say the word cheese I have no idea if it’s equivalent to whatever the fuck american fast food places call cheese.
Fresh cheese is high in lactose. Aged cheese is not.
Depends on the type of cheese and if they they have any unusual processing involved.
Every pizza chain in the US uses low moisture reduced fat mozzarella or a similar mozzarella romano blend of cheese shreds. I’ve worked at all of the major chains, and a few of the minor ones.

Hmm well the Mozarella they sell here in Switzerland is extremely low lactose, but again I do not know if this is equivalent to what is called mozarella in the US.
I remember seeing cheese called “Gruyere” in the US which would be literally banned for false advertising in europe because it has nothing to do with actual gruyere.
Well I never worked at any of the commissaries, so I don’t know how it is made. The raw product tastes like real cheese, but I suppose with enough food chemistry you could fake that.

It’s not even cheap…Dominos is disgusting. It’s basically the McDonald’s of pizza. Honestly, I avoid all pizza chains and get wood-fired pizza at a local wine bar. Ooh and I just bought a pizza stone, gonna learn to make them myself!

You don’t even need a pizza stone, I use a granite tile I got at the home improvement store
in my experience just a regular metal oven pan is enough, like yeah it won’t look exactly like a wood fired pizza but i for one don’t generally fucking look at the bottom of the pizza as i am too busy eating it
A pizza stone gives you a super crisp bottom crust while leaving the middle chewy
ah, i think our pizza is too thin for that. The bottom is like… 5mm thick maybe? Not much there that can be chewy and that role is filled by the toppings anyways.

They used to be awful, and in 2009, they ran an ad campaign explaining as much and informing you that they’ve changed.
My understanding is that they are much better now, but I’ve not eaten there since then, so I’m not sure. Either way, maybe Domino’s Europe is only loosely affiliated and still uses the old shit.

I had dominos in india and the US, and let me tell you, it’s way better in the US.
Around me, Domino’s is good enough emergency pizza, and cheap enough if you use one of their coupon deals and pick it up yourself.
On a scale of 0 being a cockroach pit and 10 being a mom and pop shop in Chicago, they’re about a 5.5. It would be better if they cut down on the salt.
