It sounds incredibly sexist to me to say it is demeaning specifically to women or that a woman should have to take some image of womanhood into account when expressing her sexuality or herself in general.

First of all, don’t ignore half my comment. I believe (almost) no consensual porn is demeaning to all women (or “vision of womanhood”). Maybe some is “demeaning” to the actress specifically, but that is it.
Second of all, what even is your argument? What are you arguing for? That some porn being demeaning would mean porn in general is demeaning? Would this apply to movies? Books?
I’ll ignore as much parts of your comments as I want when you don’t answer to mine but derail the discussion.
However let’s explain. Porn, in its mainstream form, doesn’t show a sane form of sexuality, where the desires and needs of all participants are met, but shows women as objects of male pleasure. If, from an individual point of view that doesn’t present any problem (I won’t kink-shame women, nor men, nor gender fluid people, who like being sexually reified), as a form of media it normalizes a vision of womanhood as essentially inferior to manhood, as women being necessarily at the service of men, and thus is a product and reinforcement of rape culture.
TBH men in pornography are often treated like garbage. They often undergo irreversible surgeries to compete and still get treated as expendable. While they seem like they’re having a good time on camera it’s often quite difficult work and requires constant focus.
