    My grandmother taught me that little rhyme along with the hand movements some 50 years ago. Never thought about it until I saw this.

    She would appreciate the hell out of this meme.

      Just because the spider is dry doesn’t mean it doesn’t have to handle the mental anguish of being beaten down once again by the rain. Just another day in the crushing machine we call the water cycle to a sun-dry-apologist like yourself

    I know but it’s only 2025.

    I feel like shit that was suppose to happen in 2040 is happening now and I just wish I had a little bit more time to get my shit together.

    Just kind of realizing that this nursery rhyme is a ripoff of the Myth of Sisyphus, which is a way better story to tell children.

      I recently picked up a factory job where I have to push heavy ass carts around all night. I’ve been thinking about Sisyphus a lot lately, but I know that if I get past this part the job turns into an idle game so that’s cool

    Where are you from that you learnt it as ‘itsy bitsy’? I always was taught the rhyme ‘incy wincey’ spider.
