      This change in perspective is one of my favorite things about folks who are younger than me. Kudos for putting this kind of misogyny behind us.

        I think it’s probably because more and more people are consciously deciding to be with someone rather then „we need to marry, have kids and build a house” to fulfill other people’s expectations.

          You’re too old and from a time when on the face of it something was just funny or not. There was no hidden meaning. You could kid about marriage while loving your wife.
