        Their confusion comes from the fact that some countries use the comma like the USA uses the decimal point. So, to be clear, it’s 3521%.

      Yeah the us and the uk use the full stop as a decimal point, and the comma to separate orders of value if that make sense, so you could also write the figure as 3521%.

      The figure written as 3,5% in say France would be written 3.5% in the us and the uk.

      It’s only for technologies that might slow our destruction of the planet. Of course, it goes along with making it as difficult as possible to run any renewable energy tech company domestically, because it’s not about boosting US industry but about venting anger at a world you don’t control or understand.
