There’s actually some great communities on Lemmy for this sort of thing, e.g. one called random acts of gaming.
Sorry how do you get the spare keys from a bundle if you already owed some of the games?
When you buy from sources like humble bundle, they provide a key for you to activate the game. Each game individually has a key. At least, that’s how it worked like a decade ago.
A lot of times I’ll already own 1 or 2 games in the bundle I buy so I’ll have extra keys

Correct. There are websites like humble bundle that you can buy games from and they deliver the games as steam keys. Fanatical is another one that has lots of bundles.
